Cani e gatti ❤️ rivista Dog Style 2 En

History Originally the Poodle (also called “caniche” until the late eighteenth century) was a retriever dog, especially for feathered game on marshy lands and on the banks of lakes and rivers. Etymologically, the French word “caniche” indicates, in fact, the female duck, by analogy with the tendency of this breed to wallow in water. The iconography shows us examples of Barbone starting from the late Middle Ages. In the 19th century, they were frequently employed in French circuses, thanks to their appearance and being easy to train, even though there was only one type, the medium poodle, in three colours: black, white and brown. From the beginning of the 20th century, English breeders selected several colors and sizes. General Appearance Elegant and proud dog of medium proportions, with characteristic frizzy, curly or corded hair.
