FELLGESUND

At the beginning of 2005 my wife and I got to know the products
of the company Iv San Bernard through family ties. A short time
later, with Mirco’s approval, we took over the sale of these
products.

We developed an online shop in order to be able to present
the variety of available ISB product lines, their description and
application in an understandable and permanently available
way. Both our existing customers (initially mostly groomers)
and new customers benefited from this. In 2005 we learned a
lot about the products and their quality, which was deepened
in conferences and seminars. This further training helped us in advising our existing customers and acquiring new
customers. Our online shop has been constantly further developed technically and product-wise and, in our experience,
now serves customers as a welcome guide to the ISB products. The use by private customers, groomers and breeders
has grown noticeably in the last 2 years. The same applies to increased product advice requested by telephone, which is
costly but has a predominantly positive result through orders.

In 2015 we parted ways because our sales partner had decided on another manufacturer. For us, however, the question of
giving up did not arise, because:
